Concrete grinding is the mechanical process of refining a concrete slab using industrial diamond tooling rotating at high speed under heavy planetary grinders. The diamonds shear away the top layer of the slab — removing contaminants, smoothing high spots and creating a controlled surface profile (CSP) that the next finish can bond to.
